Dear Fred and John:

Just a note to thank you for, once again, your excellent work. I very much appreciate you replacing the headliner in my 1992 Dodge Shadow. Although I meant to have this done months ago, my work prevented me from coming in and having it done. I just told the company I work for that I had to have time off just to get my own "chores" done.
